Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:

SHIPPING 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we will ship internationally if your country offers tracking info. Our most common international customers are from Australia, Canada, UK and Europe.

 

How long does shipping take? 

Typically all shipments are expedited within 3 business days. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for US shipments and 1 - 3 weeks for all international shipments. Please note that international shipments will have to clear customs and a customs tax or fee may apply.

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

Your purchase will include all sales, state, local and federal taxes so customers from the USA will not pay any additional tax fees. International shipments may have to pay a duty fee or tax depending on the total value of the shipment.

RETURNS

Yes we do accept returns and will issue you full refund if you are not 100% satisfied. If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange for a different product option then we will be happy to help you with that request.
